About Redsis
Twenty-five years, one partner across the Americas
Redsis sources, connects, supports, and repairs the technology businesses depend on across the Americas, from core systems to field devices.
Who we are
A full-spectrum operations partner
Redsis has spent twenty-five years doing the work of a strategic operations partner: sourcing the hardware, connecting the systems, running them day to day, and fixing the equipment when it breaks — with our own people, in the countries where our customers operate.
Most technology companies own one link in that chain. We own all four, and we are answerable for the space between them. That is the whole argument.
We are a family business. The people who set the standard are the people you can reach.
What buyers keep telling us
“I did not know you guys did all this.” It is the most common sentence in our discovery calls — and the reason this site exists.

What we provide
Four verbs, always in that order
Source
Find, supply, stage, configure, and deliver the technology, including multi-vendor parts, into the country where it is needed.
Connect
Integrate systems, devices, and data so what is new works with what is already running.
Support
Keep it running day to day, remote and onsite, with our own teams in the countries where we operate.
Repair
Fix the device through our repair centers and field teams, with multi-vendor parts, and repair instead of replace wherever it makes sense.
